Disheveled and unclean dining area, sub par service and mediocre food. Lauren,the cashier at the time, attempted to convince me I ordered an orange juice for a kids meal by claiming ,"you LITERALLY asked for an orange juice". I didn't, I pointed at the apple juice and said 'apple juice'. Why a person would want an orange juice with nuggets is beyond me but apple juice is the drink juice I request every single time I go. Considering high school/freshman kids seem to have something to prove,she was all kinds of abrasive. Maybe she was having a bad day and didn't want to bother the manager to void the wrong item. Who knows. When we sat down to eat,the food runner came to our table and stood on top of my husband's foot before walking away. Not sure how you wouldn't feel organic matter shifting under your feet,let alone apologize if and when you realized it. My husband and I had lukewarm spicy chicken deluxes. I think the only food that was actually hot were the kids nuggets and the fries. Hopefully this location has more to offer during the week as opposed to the weekend.

From Five stars to one please replace the franchise owner here. This stor has down straight down hill every time they screw up they don't ever offer even the tiniest of compensation for their damages. They didn't even rake my order in the drive thru they forgot to take my order I had to ask for them to please take my order. Let's Starr a boycott on this location for poor customer service and being skimpy on the fries .
