I would not buy a truck from Duval trucks. My son bought a 2011 GMC Sierra Z71. The tires are dry rotten and 10 years old. They should have never sold a truck with tires that old and dry rotted. They put fender flairs on the truck to cover the rust on the rear fender wellls. Shady company. Stay away. They painted the frame to cover up rust on it. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and letting them know about this company. Please, please stay away.

Drove 2 hrs to get a f150 ck in hand test drove the truck made it 100ft and started skipping bad. Guy tried to act like it was the tires. Clearly coil packs seems like they don’t ck there vehicles very good before they put it on the lot.

Overall I had a great experience when buying a truck here. I knew exactly what I wanted and I got lucky I found it. Keep in mind that this is a used car dealership. That means that as soon as you drive off of the lot, something can and will happen to the vehicle. That is just the gamble you take when buying a used vehicle. Do you research on the vehicle and just be very thorough when looking at it. With all that being said, the team at duval was very helpful. I found the truck on Facebook, sent them a message, and got a reply back that evening about it. I called the next day and asked for more detailed photos and immediately received more than I asked for. They let me test drive the vehicle for as long as I needed. We eventually made a deal and the process was painless. The vehicle I bought has been fantastic and everything they advertised it to be. Extremely happy with my purchase
