I booked this hotel pretty last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The front desk person was a 16 year old Dylan who was so helpful, mature and professional for his age. He was able to get us checked in early since our travel plans changed. It was very close to the places we needed to go. Our room was clean and good. We didn't actually swim but we sat at the pool area and it was nice. The free breakfast was decent. It was very quiet and we had no issues during our stay. I almost didn't book it because reviews were so bad but I am so happy that I did. Best rates in the area and it was perfect home base.

It was fine but here are the problems with some of your rooms I stayed in. Duck taped fridge holders, hanging smoke alarm, missing chair leg, broken vending machines, and a drawer that kept on opening. I hope you understand my problems with the rooms I stayed in.

Horrible. Filthy sheets and dirty lampshades and curtains. I asked for new sheets and all of a sudden a man unlocked my door and came in. I was scared. It was the housekeeper with new sheets. I called the front desk and Expedia and they gave me some money off of my bill. Disgraceful and unacceptable. I will be speaking to a lawyer about the privacy laws. The housekeeper had no right to let himself into MY room. I could have been naked. Also, bring your own snacks because the food vending machine is completely empty. I should have gotten all of my money back for that mess. There are creepy people hanging in the parking lot. I would never recommend this MOTEL to anyone that I know.

For what it is, no complaints. Rooms are clean, the water is hot and I've never had any issues - noise or otherwise. Beds are comfortable and pillows are arguably better than at home. My favorite place to stay while visiting family.
