I have been seeing Dr. Rachel Brown for the past few months and she has been nothing short of amazing. She is very informative, answers any and all questions I have and doesn't make me feel stupid for asking them like some other doctors I've been to in the past. She also takes her time with my appointments and I never feel like I'm being rushed out of the office. I would recommend her to anyone needing a wonderful neurologist :)

This office has had a complete 360 change since I became a patient years ago. My New Doctor is amazing. They are efficient, kind, and listen. There is a high demand for neurologist in the area so I understand they are busy, but they still take their time. Update: Another 3 months later and things have been just as impressive. The staff is so kind, so efficient, and so thorough. I had left some input 9n my survey they sent and they seemingly made the suggested change and the last visit was literally amazing from start to finish. Update: Unfortunately I overpaid because I was told they wouldn't perform my procedure without payment, even though I had met my deductible. The issue comes when I called to see why the bill hadn't been sent to my insurance the lady who replied and left a voicemail was rude and condicending. Billing is frustrating I understand it, but there is no need to be rude to customers with genuine inquiries.

Dr. Griffin is extremely through in his assessments. I appreciate his calm easy going nature and patiences with me. I have many weird conditions that have similar or overlapping symptoms, and he is so accommodating in helping me to understand which symptoms belong to the conditions he is treating. He also goes the extra mile and consults with my other doctors to help form a game place to get to the root cause of my conditions and makes sure everyone is on board together! I’ve never experienced this before in my life, and I’m 57 years old. He doesn’t treat me like I’m stupid, even though some of my neurological conditions come across that way. I appreciate this very much!
