So, not for the sales, but, service department, not happy! I'd give no stars if I could! Brought my vehicle in for 2 recalls, when I brought my car in, absolutely NOTHING wrong with it. Comes out, rattling and crunching. Call the same day, leave a message, no one returns my phone call...I have to call again, I go back down to Townsend Ford (because it's just right down the road from me...not really!) Sit, wait, and find out there is an issue with my car...that wasn't there before the recall was fixed (toe link) ...but, Townsend Ford called "Ford" to see if the issue will be covered. Now...2 weeks...no one has called me back to follow up, even after I left a message for the lady who called me to see if I "satisfied" with the service. Now... after Townsend Ford has touched my car, my backup camera is fuzzy. Highly unimpressed with the service from the service department....and, really stinks because I have gone here for several years. After they fix the issues that were never there to begin with...I will be moving on to a more trusted place. Absolutely disgusted.

The customer service at Townsend was unmatched. We did not feel pressured at all at any point in the buying process but instead felt helped along the way. Lucas was great to work with and has greatly appreciated communication skills. The finance manager was also very helpful without being overbearing in any way. When we picked up our vehicle it was in perfect condition and had been shined up and filled with gas. Overall a great experience!

I have to say Peter at Townsend Ford was a true gentleman and down to earth guy to work with. I just purchased a brand new 2022 f250 at Townsend and it was the most flawless and painless interaction ever. I will be a customer for life. Thank you Peter and everyone else at Townsend.

They took my truck in at my appointment time. It took a little over an hour for them to do the oil change/tire rotation/fulid check. I don't know if that's too long, but it wasn't too long for me. However, I did feel that when a company offers a 59.99 deal that's what the price should be. Or at least call it a 59.99 deal plus parts and labor. Maybe I am naive?
