Worst experience of my life! Emailed them with my new number day of phone interview they call old number! Now it's literally been phone tag with them! It states in file call Fridays I work other days and can't use phone on floor! What happens they call while I'm working! I quickly answer tell guy call me back at 3 he says oh I'm leaving before that I'll try to find someone for you! Of course no one calls so I've emailed him 2x no response! They've called me 3x since all while I'm on job! Even though in file it states Friday only! You can never get anyone on phone and when you leave call back # they never call back! Meanwhile people are coming on buses from other countries and they're getting help AUTOMATICALLY! RIDICULOUS

You have to go down to the building and you have to get there like at 7:00 a.m. because once 8:00 a.m. hits hardly going to get in they only take the first 25 from there and then another 25 and then they pretty much closed the doors at 10:10 a.m.

Yes, but you would have to call for an appointment depending on what it is your going for. Walk-ins are only for appointments. but yes if you need a replacement card you would have to go to for a walk-in an see if your eligible for a same day appointment for a ebt card. If your not, They will call you with an up coming available appointment date. GOOD LUCK !
