I had a appointment to recertify over the phone and the caseworker never called ! She's not responding to emails or returning my calls at all. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. Is there any other numbers to call?

Elizabeth Vega, do u work for them, cause if you do tell me where ..I'm still waiting on a call from them, took me 3 hrs to finally get taken care of, 5 minute to get a reply, that someone will call me in 4 to 5 days, still waiting... N probably being told, i don't qualify... Even with my retirement.
