I just left Dr. Tso's office and as usual I couldn't be more pleased! I have been a patient for a little more than 6 years now. She ALWAYS makes sure to answer all of my questions and never makes me feel rushed. Dr. Tso is professional yet personable at the same time. She is the first doctor I've ever had that I don't really dread appointment time.....(well, not that much anyway! :))

It is very disheartening reading these glorious reviews about Dr. Tso. I wish my experience was as thorough and understanding as those of the reviewers I have read. I felt rushed at one appointment, and misunderstood at another; if not totally confused as to what just happened. I like to talk about all things to do with my health and I was diagnosed over the phone with no information or follow up visit planned for discussion. After requesting one, I felt I was a bother by the nurse (therese (sp?))who called me and the office was actively trying not to see me. As a seemingly healthy young adult with recent health concerns, I wanted information regardless if treatment was necessary. I have since taken on the burdensome task of changing primaries and trying to get the information I desire but feel it is useful to share my experience. I may have liked her as a person, but not in a professional medical setting. And the nurse who delivered my diagnosis was very rude and short and I do not agree with her write up of notes posted in “follow my health” app. I’m giving three stars and not 1/2 because I’m giving Dr. Tso the benefit of the doubt; after reading these reviews, she is doing something right for people but it wasn’t a good fit for me. Unfortunately.

An amazing doctor. A professional person. My health has improved dramatically since I’ve been seeing her. All of my family would agree as she sees them all. The only negative thing about her is that there is only one of her. She is literally a life saver. An absolute master at her practice and inspiration to her patients.

Dr. Tso is a very caring smart young doctor. She is very personable and easy to talk to about difficult problems. My husband and I are so very happy we found her!
