Just based of laundry room use don't come live here they continually lock the door on power trips but don't allow you to own washers and dryers also the ladies in the front office have some of the worst attitude I've ever come across in my life so GLAD THEY PICKED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO WORK IN

Ms. Regina, we accept various forms of government assistance especially during this pandemic. However, we require minimum applicant standards which can be found on our website when you select "Apply Now". Our approval process does include financial, criminal and prior residence back ground checks.
Indigo Pine Apartments, which is to the left when driving in Bent Tree Drive off of Williamson, is apartment housing. To the right is Indigo Pine Condominiums, both are serviced by a common entry road, that being Bent Tree Drive. Indigo Lakes is a residential community also off of Williamson but a bit south of Indigo Pines. Hope this helps.
There's a elementary school about a mile away on dunn. And a dsc campus two lights up north on williamson. Park wise I'm not sure.
