I use both contacts and glasses. I have been a patient since 2016. I called on a Tuesday to make an appointment because I was out of contacts and lost my glasses. I had been putting off a check up that was overdue during the pandemic, so a check up was very needed. My appointment was set for Friday. I explained that I couldn’t see to do anything because I have a very high prescription and asked if I could pick up a loaner pair of contacts until my appointment. I was told that they would check with the doctor and call me back. I never received a call until Thursday to confirm my Friday appointment. When I asked why I didn’t get a call back on Tuesday, I was dismissed being told the doctor said no. They cared so little that they had no issue with me not being able to function for 3 days. The doctor saying no is not the issue, it is the complete lack of at least calling to let me know and discuss other options. When I told them I didn’t see the need to confirm the appointment since they didn’t really care about me as a patient, the response was not an apology, but a no problem we will cancel your appointment.

I bought a new pair of glasses in august of 2020 with blue light. I have taken them back 4 times now because they scratch so easy. NEVER AGAIN. The manager was great but there was a guy that works there that gave me attitude like I used something abrasive on my lenses. I bought everything to clean them with from them.
