We first went a couple weeks ago and Alex was very helpful. He answered all my questions and they had a great selection. I was still undecided and shopping around. I was surprised with how long the wait was with other places even though their pricing was less and their customer service wasn't comparable. I messaged them on fb and the owner replied instantly and answered more questions. I went back in and Alex got me taken care of quickly and loaded the truck quickly. If you're looking for furniture and don't want to wait and want your questions answered this is the place.

I’ll start out by saying, when we went in the store the first time, we were greeted by Alex who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us time to look around and welcomed any questions we had. We ended up getting a great deal on a mattress there that was actually the floor model (no biggie). The problem comes after our initial great experience. We were told my Alex that they would wrap our mattress up and hold it in the back since they had the storage room which we thought was great! Well, we come in a MONTH later and our mattress is still on the floor for customers to sit and lay on…granted, it was wrapped. We asked the female associate why our mattress was still on the floor. Her response was so the store didn’t look as empty…I’m sorry but that is NOT a good excuse as to why people could still lay on the mattress we already BOUGHT. My boyfriend called back the next day about this issue where a gentleman gave us a different reason…they were doing construction in the back, so the mattress couldn’t go back there….Why were we told it would be fine for them to keep it in the back and then told TWO different stories about why it’s still on the floor. We ended up asking for them to delivery it for free because of this…we got $100 off. Normally it’s $200 for delivery. Okay, not a bad deal, but for all the fuss it should have been free. I wish I could’ve given this place a better review. Because of the poor service when there’s an issue, we will not be coming back. EDIT: Great follow up from the owners after posting this review (Kristy & Rob)! We got our money back for the shipping fee, and the owner was super personable and apologetic about our experience. She even wrote us a personalized card that included our refund AND a gas gift card. She was unaware of our situation before; therefore, she couldn’t take action to fix it earlier. Because of this, I will give them another chance and truly appreciate there efforts in resolving our situation.

Very nice people, didn't feel rushed to make a decision, great prices, and quick delivery options. We found a couch for a great price and we just kinda stopped in not expecting to find anything. Thanks for being so kind and having great customer service :)

Best place to buy furniture! We love our new mattress! Teresa was very kid and extremely helpful. Will definitely be buy all my future furniture here.
