Mrs. Maria, I recommend that you contact a lawyer directly, the priest and associates help you.

Would this law firm still have my records from 2009?

Pope & Associates | Nov 5, 2020

Dear Lourdes, It is unlikely that we have your records. We only hold files for five years before they are destroyed. The good news is that all immigration records are kept forever. We can submit a request through the Freedom of Information Act for almost anything you need. If you're interested, please call the office and schedule an appointment. Sincerely, Ben Wiesinger

I would need some more information before I give a quote. Does your daughter live in the Phoenix area and does she have U.S. citizenship?

Please ignore the post by "larry," as it is incorrect. But that is not to say that you don't have big problems. You need to schedule an in-person appointment with a lawyer, if at all possible, and bring all of your documents with you: birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.
