We got there at 7:30 and our clothes were done drying exactly an hour later (8:30). We try …Hello Cheyenne, so sorry to hear that you had trouble. We will address the issue with our staff. Typically we ask that if people put their wash in washer or dryer after 8 that they stay in the laundromat until it’s done as sometimes people leave and don’t come back until next day which in the past has caused our employees to stay far past closing to wait for them and they haven’t returned . Considering the issue you describe, we are very sorry that you experienced this and will DEFINITELY address it with our staff. We hope you’ll give us another opportunity to earn our business. Gets busy but its worth the wait during slow times i can be in and out fast. Cheaper than delavan laundrymat.

Love this place. Go there all the time when I'm in town. Neat ,clean, Lots of machines plus Love the big washers and dryers and they don't break the bank. Staff is great and friendly.
