The Dr was great. He was very professional. He made sure I was engaged through out the process to ensure I was not feeling any pain. He kept me up on what was happening and main focus on getting it right the first time. The process was Very efficient and effective. Only feedback is the the pre and post instructions, While very clear, seem some what vague, Maybe it’s just that straight forward of a process but would be nice to have more details around things like ( you can pick up and play with kids after …# of days, return to normal daily activity like dishes, cleaning, yard work, etc. after … number of days, no working out until 14 days, etc.). The Instructions do provide basic rest and time frames you should be very careful and supported (2-3 days). Just some additional details around when to return to basic and normal daily routine activities would be helpful. Other wise staff, Dr, Dr assistance, associates, and full process was great. Thank you for being so efficient. Will follow up in 90 days after my follow up on the full success of the procedure!!!

Don’t bother. I had a referral sent to them because of the positive reviews. Not very polite or professional over the phone and still require masks in spite of the verified pointlessness. Medical “professionals” playing politics because they have leverage to bully is unacceptable. I can’t trust the guidance or opinion of a practice so ignorant. Enough is enough.
