We are so very happy with our “new” sofa and loveseat! Top notch craftsmanship at a fair price. Pat is a good listener and truly cares about what the customer wants. Our sofa and loveseat were 24 year old quality pieces that had already been re-upholstered (very poorly) once. Pat’s expertise and workmanship updated these pieces to today’s styling in addition to re-tying the springs. Can’t say enough about the quality of her work! Don’t bother with other upholsterers, just call Pat at Biltmore Upholstery.!

Laughable pricing! I can't comment on the quality of BU's upholstery work, but I asked for bids from the top 5 upholstery shops receiving the highest reviews on Google. Biltmore Upholstery's estimate for 2 sofas was 3 1/2 - 4 times higher than the others. Given the high ratings of the other places, I can't imagine how the excessively higher price could be justified. My advice: shop around!
