I Came On 09/16/21 At 10:40 Am To Withdraw $ From Drivethru And I Only Hade My USA Passport And They Did Not Accept It, When My Neighborhood Bank On Grand Prairie Does. Really Bad Service They Got Cameras So No Fraud Can Occur 🙄 I Rather Do My Bank Stuff In My Branch

If I could give them a zero, definitely would. The drive thru wait time is horrible. When I called the branch, the person that answered the phone did not seem to care that people are waiting an extensive amount of time. Her only answer was that there’s only one teller taking care of the lines.
