Incompetent: Dr. Sachs & THE OFFICE STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE, TOOK 2WKS TO RETURN CALLS. SO, I EXCUSED THAT, BUT THEN THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME AN EXCUSE FOR BEING OFF WRK FOR A PROCEDURE THAT WAS DONE AT AN OUT PATIENT CENTER. EXTREMELY RUDE! EXTREMELY RUDE! EXTREMELY RUDE! NOW, I'M HAVING TO GET ANOTHER REFERAL FROM MY DR TO SEE ANOTHER NEUROLOGIST!!!! ..... then you get a reply to these reviews asking to call the ofc! DAH! Why? you go through same process all over again! **Update: aft out patient injection, still no return call from their ofc, chg'd my mind about Dr. Sachs, I think he doesn't like the fact that most of his patients chose to have procedure at an out patient Service center. He's as incompetent as his ofc staff. By the way, I never saw or talked with him before or after procedure. Was he even there? Did he even do my injections, or was it his PA?

so wish I’d read these reviews before my first and only visit, 3 weeks ago. Took my mri reports and discs; after waiting an hour - i see no other people in waiting room except the 2-3 girls working there- then a few more minutes in exam room - i finally saw the PA (Dana?) who was nice enough. She said tx plan is PT and then facet injections. No input from the Doctor?! I called and scheduled that with nice young lady after playing phone tag with VMs. No pre-op appt with doctor! Two weeks later still no call; I called again and she said she’d look into the PT. I don’t even know who is supposed to call me. Three weeks now and still no call. So, I called again couple days ago and got 2 VMs and finally the front desk girl said the PA never ‘signed off on it’ so the PT wouldn’t be scheduled’. I guess she was going to leave her a message. Where is the doctor in all this? I think I will find a doctor who actually sees his new patients. I can’t deal with VMs and acute pain, and now this.

This office is run very poorly. It takes months and months to get an appointment and when the date finally get here they call you to cancel the appointment themselves. They take forever to call you back , the answering machine is always full, it is complete caos. I advice people to go somewhere else and save yourself the headache of dealing with poorly trained administrative staff.
