My wife and I had a bad purchase transaction experience, even after the closing process. We are not too happy. Never buy a turn key house from this office. We make a mistake to stupid enough to trust the seller and the agents. But still it was us who were the stupid one. We ended up cleaning out the whole house of their junks and personal dirty stuffs for 4 days. See the pictures. We found bags of 6 years old nuts in the closet…old expires outdated food in the cabinet….used food in the fridge…. A box of chocolate and chicken broth in the sink cabinet etc. the seller must be driving away very happy after the sale.

No the sales center does not handle rentals. Hometown Property Management can help you with rentals. Some sales representatives also know of some outside rentals too. If you need help finding an outside rental, I can tell you of some sales representatives who can help you.
No one under the age of 19 can live here unless they are disabled. It is a 55 and over community. 20% of the homes are to be occupied by people under 55, but no children.
