The staff here were very rude. I have never experienced an employee giving me the silent treatment after asking a question. I was standing in line when I noticed they had a sign up that said Notary Services end at 5:00, which meant I might have to rush to another notary place before they closed instead of staying at this one. While standing as the next person in line I stated, “Hi I just have a quick question because I noticed your sign here.” I guess the particular employee that was standing closest to me, did not like that I was asking a question so he just gave me the silent treatment? I don’t think I caused this treatment, I think his frustration was coming from somewhere else and he took his passive aggressiveness out on me…and that’s fine, but we both have things to do. There’s no need to force someone to stand there confused on why they’re being ignored…a simple “i’ll be with you in a minute” or “one second” would’ve sufficed. That way I would’ve understood if they were too busy or in their train of thought to answer about the notary sign that was posted. About 30 seconds of absolute silence passed so I walked over to the other employee who was helping another customer and asked if they still had the notary services available. I just wanted to double check before leaving to go elsewhere because I didn’t know if one of them were the people certified to complete it for me. I understand that the second employee was busy, but I appreciated the fact that he took the time to acknowledge me. He said “I’ll be right with you” and then answered my question. Employee #2 looks like he has to pick up the slack due to Employee #1’s attitude. He was the one with glasses and facial hair. Employee #2 had a more athletic/lean build and was taller. I don’t know the internal dynamic at this office, but someone should read these reviews and help this employee. Maybe he’s overworked or going through personal things. A good suggestion would just be to move him to the monitor farther from the door especially if he’s just not in the mood to be social right now. It’s probably best to put someone else in charge of the phone as well, because before I drove here I called and no one picked up, but I went here anyways because it was closest.The daytona office picked up, was kind and informative, and is open later than the port orange office. Online when you google “notary services” UPS comes up and it only tells you what time that store closes there’s no way of knowing until you go into the store and look for the sign that says they are unavailable after 5:00. It would’ve been helpful if the sign was posted on the door and not placed slightly turned away from direct sight somewhere in the room. Hopefully someone can make some changes here to help everyone have a better experience.

Rudest owner and staff I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Man hung up on my wife as she was trying to explain an issue. Staff has the charisma of a cardboard box.

They were awesome and super helpful and Tim and Will got me situated with my amazon return were I have never done a amazon return and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Definitely go there if you want real customer service. 👌

Tell Tim to keep his hands off the customers. Didn't appreciate him grabbing me by the arm while I was standing in line, then kicking the copier after (he was mad at another customer). If I hadn't just come from a funeral, I might not have just let it go.
