I read a lot of negative reviews about this company and was expecting the worst, but truth be told if you haul any type of groceries then you know the wait can be long as to the inventory has to be counted and space has to be made. If you are in a rush then you should try “Dry Van”, or something else! The one thing I needed but didn’t see was parking! They have limited space available for parking outside the gate. Had I known this I would not have stayed at the love’s with all the other truck traffic! So yes I’m giving a good review because this is one of the better one that I have visited.

I had a good experience from the time I arrived at guard shack. Guard checked me in and got me a door assignment very quickly, he was both professional and friendly. When I got to the receiving dock I got the same service, very professional and friendly. After I got lumper service started they started unloading my truck 20 minutes later. I was completed 1.75 hours later There's plenty of room to maneuver around in the lot making it easy to back into door. There's restrooms inside where you check. Also there's overnight parking out front of the guard shack.

DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL LOSE ALL DAY!!! I arrived at 1am for an 8am appointment. I got my door at 9am after my appointment time they didnt start unload me till 1045am I want inside look where they unload the truck all the workers they was on the phone and no one unload trucks that’s y u take for ever to be unload they just need better working here that’s my first time and my last time coming here

For semis? There is a bullpen just outside the gate and the guard shack. Then they'll start lining up the right side of the entrance and on Williamson in the turning lanes coming in to the truck entrance.
