I have been here for 7 months and this place is not “luxurious”. The gate has not worked since I been here. Allowing my bike to be stolen. I have NEVER seen pest control and we recently have an ant problem. My car was broken into because of lack of security. I have been hesitant each month since I’ve been here to pay rent because if I’m paying to live in a “luxury” apartment I want to live luxurious.

We just recently moved here and let me tell u how awesome Greg in maintenance is is he's all over fixing anything that needs fixed. He is constantly working whenever u see him on property. the staff here is all great and they make u feel welcomed. The outside yards and facility's are well maintained and very clean. Very proud to call this home.

my experience was not good, it lasted 1 month with a problem in the air conditioning and all the water got into my room for 1 month and they did not solve it, they charge you for everything, but they don't solve your problems I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. the problem is not solved yet, I still have the same problem the wet carpet from the entrance of the room to the entrance of the bathroom in the main room, but your priority is just to collect money for everything and that's it
