The bad. Older buildings some rotten wood from former termite infestations and peeling bathtubs office not very helpful. Gym closes at 5 when people are coming from work and on the weekends. Landscaping very poor. Pools not well maintained the fences molding. Too many dogs and owners don't pick up the droppings. The good ; maintenance does show up and do repairs. New appliances new ACs and fans. New windows. New gym. The internet is included very slow but free and the water included too. Raising rent to everyone now but still the cheapest place with no salary requirements in Naples. Excellent location close to everything.

I've been living in naples 701 apartments for almost 2 years, I love this whole community and all the sweet genuine people thats reside here. The staff in the office and the maintenance guys are so very friendly, professional, very prompt and efficient, whether its just saying hello and making you feel welcome or making sure your unit is in tip too shape. Since pedcor has taken over the property, it has seen so many great improvements already and we as residents love everything we see in progress. The new office manager Angie is such a sweetheart, she's very professional, lean and stern but with the absolute perfect balance to run and maintain an easy organized/efficient flowing property. Angie has be so prompt when it has came to me and small work orders or questions I've had, and this superwoman has always taken care of every single issue or question and went above and beyond. Angie works so hard in that office to revamp this property and to be honest im happy to have her here as a manager. I give 5 stars to her as a leader and to the whole management and techs! Thank yall so much! Yall really deserve every bit of this review! A++++

Don't rent here . You won't get your security deposit back. We left the apartment in perfect condition. Took pictures of everything. Angie the new property manager is very difficult to get along with. Accused us of leaving furniture at the dumpster. And leaving Holes in the walls. We lost $300.00, and would not renew our lease. I wish I could post pictures because I have them from the refrigerator to the cabinets everything was cleaned out wiped down and left in perfect condition we totally expected to get our security deposit back.
