I ordered the Catfish strips for $17, the lady said you get 8 strips! I must say the taste was awesome but unfortunately 3 was fish the other was fried crust, I tried to call but only received a recording. U would think for that price you would get fish! Disappointed

Management please read. I really wanted to love it, but I did not have a good 1st impression. I hope management reads and correct errors as this would be a good food option if fixed. TASTE: Good not the best but better than most in this area. I would have came back if not for the other cons of this establishment. The cons were it seemed like the same seasoning was sprinkled on everything. I ordered: shrimp daily special meal, chicken family meal and catfish tray. I had 3 trays of food in open paper dishes. 1st bag was fries and bread with a smaller open paper dish of peppers and pickles which was spilling juice on my dry food. The 2nd was mixed chicken and the 3rd was fish, shrimp and fries with bread under all of it and of course more leaky pickles and peppers juice everywhere. My paper bags literally tore when taking out the plastic bag because of it, and food soggy in some spots. At the very bottom of bag some ketchup packages. SERVICE: Not good. I ordered online, its told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later and food was not ready. Not only was it not ready, the employee had to look on his watch to retrieve the order. That's not efficient nor hygienic at all! Also, customers were coming in after me ordering in store and receiving their food before me. Their response, your order with be out shortly. 15 - 20 minutes later I have my food. No point in ordering online if you are not retrieving orders from your online system timely. ACCURACY: I ordered the daily special of shrimp. Online it says includes fries and a drink. But no drink was giving to me. When inquiring, employee says "non of our meals come with drinks". Ok but right here online it says includes drink. Employee says "that must be an error". And that's it. Ok so if I order something I expect to get what's advertised. I'm not sure if I received 3 orders of fries as I had 1 seperate tray of fries and 1 with the fish & shrimp, which were 2 seperate meals. OVERALL: I wish them the best but I won't return unless I see under new management or staff. I do expect more when paying a higher cost for food. I pay more to get better service as most people do.

Service here is great. The workers don't just give you value for what you buy. They make you want to come back next time. They are happy people and they want your happiness as well- every time in fluffys chicken is a happy hour for me.

Staff was super cool and hilarious. Even brought order out to car. Food was flavorful but a little greasy and breast slightly undercooked. Will give another try simply because of staff and may have caught cook on an off night. Good service goes a long way.

Employees are in masks and you have to wait in your car for your food... there's nowhere to sit anyway.
