I don’t know if they just get a rough crowd there or what. But the people here are just miserable. Whatever happened to good morning, please, thank you? It’s like you’re begging them to do their job. Gross.

this is the second time I've been to this place and the experience just gets worse. The workers there are always condescending, rude and just extremely unhelpful. I went in with test both on their system and as a PDF form on email and was told they cannot provide the work without a physical copy. I asked if they had a fax number or a email I can send a PDF to for them to print it out since they needed a physical copy, the woman said they did not use any emails or any fax number therefore I would have to reschedule my appointment which caused me to miss all my doctors appointment of the week. however at any other quest diagnostics location they were able to work with me to get my blood work done, this location however is full of rude workers that should honestly not be in the customer service field. Fire them all.

Literally never met more of a rude staff in my whole entire life. Especially the black nurse was exceptionally terrible. if you hate what are you doing then maybe you should not be coming house, or work with people period. I regret wasting a part of my day here

Staff is not friendly and very obnoxious from my first experience. Most of the ladies are extremely rude. Look at the reviews, hopefully they correct their management system because they will keep losing patients.
