The staff was great they spent as much time talking about the service….. But there is limited information about what is actually involved so, giving an injection every time is a little unnerving. But the worst thing I can say, they need to be more upfront about the cost.. several thousand dollars all up front is a bit much to swallow. I recommend searching other options first. So they had a rep reach out about this review. I thought that was nice. He offered an alternative treatment that was not offered at the first visit. I am waiting for them to follow though with the free samples. If this happens I will gladly update the rating. So I’ve given this business ample opportunity to do what they said they would do with no action. I would NOT recommend this business. You can get the same or better results from a fully licensed urology practice at a fraction of the cost. This business is prying on your embarrassment, pumping up the Confidential angle. Bottom line make an appointment with a urologist and be honest about what you are dealing with. Steer clear of these people.
