It’s a great location, 10 minutes to Battery spencer for a great view of Golden Gate ! The lady of the office gave us lot of informations ! It’s really a small place but perfect for what we needed ! WiFi was great ! The restrooms were pretty clean !

Very nice park with good bathrooms and laundry with friendly managers. Located in wonderful place to walk or bike along Corte Madeira marsh and in pretty Larkspur. Bus stop and ferries to San Francisco and we have been several times. Recommend for Bay Area and friendly tenants as well.

Lots of permanent residents here that are a bit towards the "hoarder" spectrum. Check-in was easy and people are nice. Very close to the GG bridge. Trader Joe's and Bev-mo are walking distance. Bathrooms, showers and laundry are nice. Spaces aren't level and are close together so putting out your awning is a no go. WiFi is pretty horrible but cell service is fine.

Yes it is long term. I don't know the rates but they are low. It is very well run. The owner is older so things could change some day when he can't run it any more. There is a special tax benefit for providing low income housing, so the rent can't go up too high.
