I made an appointment and when I got there and put my info into the kiosk it said I don’t have an appointment. Also there is no front desk person and only one employee present. They say they have a social distancing safe waiting room but that’s not true as there were 7 people in a 10x10 space.

The sign-in system for walk-ins was not working for anyone and the staff would not answer the office phone or come to the check-in window to help any of us. Awful service. I highly recommend going to the Quest in Novato on Rowland Blvd. It’s worth the drive and you’ll keep your sanity.

My daughter needed to get her blood drawn, and the staff at this Quest was extremely kind, sweet and helpful. Poor thing was very nervous to get her blood taken, and almost passed out afterwards, but the staff we very helpful through it all. Highly recommended, and much better than going to Marin General.

Time goes backwards here. My wait time (listed on the iPad-on-a-stick they have instead of a human receptionist) when I arrived was 11 minutes. After 30 minutes, my wait time was listed at 13 minutes. But I got to listen to the waiting room tv programming—a loop of Quest ads (emphasizing the many innovative payment options Quest offers) and highlights of an old Ellen episode. After all of my patience ran dry, I left without getting my lab done. I’ll try again on Monday.
