I will NEVER go to the University and Beach location again since finding this office. Instead of a 45 min wait (w/ an apt.) I was checked in and in the back within 15min. Nurse was so nice and courteous vs the rude lady at Beach Blvd. One stick (and this is very hard) and I was on my way! Kindness and professionalism at it's finest! 👏

We arrived here at 2:40pm on August 8th, we were told it would be about a 40 min wait that we could wait in our car if we felt like it. At 3:09pm we were called and told to come in. We came in and waited to be called back. After waiting for a while we were then told we had to resign in. At which point we were given attitude from the lady at the front with Glasses for "coming in last minute" though we just spent from 2:40pm until now (4:17pm) at the time I sit in Quest Diagnostics lobby giving them a 1 star review. This review is to bring light to the rudeness of thier front desk employees. To update: just finished our appointment at 4:29, the back staff was polite and curious even when informed I was giving thier location a 1 star review based on the lady at the fronts horrible customer service.
