Went here to buy a television to be delivered on September 16th. I had to call them in the afternoon on the 16th and was told due to an error it was scheduled for delivery on September 26th. The order itself was correct but the installer/delivery person wrote down the order wrong. When I called to see what bill smith could do I was told they could deliver it on Monday the 20th. Apparently, the fact that I was wronged and spent an entire day off waiting for something that wasn’t coming. It meant nothing to either of the businesses I was paying for their product or service. I returned the tv because neither deserves anyones money. If you want quality customer service go elsewhere.

We purchased a slide in stove, dishwasher and microwave. Very disappointed with customer service after the sale. Expected better and was willing to pay more if necessary. However, I will now give my business for my rental properties to a box store where my expectations for customer service is already low. Might even save a few dollars in the process.

Yes, mine was delivered about 2 hours ago and the old stuff hauled off. The delivery people were very nice and efficient be patient.
No, Bill Smith doesn't carry Frigidaire products or accessories.
If out of warranty, its typically not cost effective. It usually isn't much less than just buying the TV over again.
Make sure that your drain is not backing up into your washing machine. If you turned off both the hot & cold water supply lines to your washing machine and it still continues to overflow water, then the drain is the only possible culprit. Good luck! Fred
All employee's are to be masked at all times while inside the building. Frequently sanitizing their hands. There is time at the beginning and end of each day to sanitize all high touch areas. Typically wiping things down throughout the day as well. Signs that say "Please wear a mask" indicating they would like you to wear one, but do not require it.
They do sell any Appliances on the market and they mach any price as well
