We placed an online order through the FL app but after being told our order was ready then within 15 min of picking the order up we got an email stating our order was being delayed till the next day. Now we are at our destination with no food. We will get food of course but maybe not from FL.

I had a quick trip to the store and everything was easy to find. The store stock and it was very clean. The staff have been very friendly. The parking lot and facilities themselves look very nice. I would recommend this as a good place to shop for purchasing your food.

Employees are very friendly! They are sticklers for you showing your id but what place isn't nowadays? Only a few employees know how to properly bag...so if you like your milk double bagged or your cheese separated from your fruits and vegetables I'd honestly use self checkout before going to a register. Unless you specify what you want bagged and how - don't count on an employee to properly do the job...would definitely recommend to management that the baggers go through a retraining course. If you're buying alcohol at self checkout and have more than one person with you, all of you are going to get carded so come prepared unless the other members of your party walk away or go back to your vehicle and even then - you have to be sure the self checkout employee doesn't see your large group, otherwise they'll require id for all of you or refuse to sell.

We were told when we were leaving that regular deliveries are scheduled. We were mainly concerned about the gas situation. One gas stn in Shallotte was out of gas and they didn't know when they were going to get next delivery ( but next day they were open and had their pumps open)all stores were stocked up though.Hope you get to enjoy your trip to Holden!
