Kingwood Village W/ Sparkling Pool - Near Beach 3 Bedroom Condo

Check in was 4:00 pm, we couldnt enter until 4:50 because housekeeping was late cleaning our unit #101, the outdoor cooking grills were not cleaned after use, dishes in the cabinets were grimey and dirty, an outlet on the kitchen backsplash isnt working, i found moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker and the dish washer is not working. So far, im not impressed.

First time Airbnb'n and we had the best experience. Condo's are perfect for families or groups. Lots of extras like the pool, tennis and pingpong table. Great location, close to beaches, hiking restaurants and grocery store.

We love it! Our condo was not only spotless but beautifully decorated. When we entered, jazz music was playing in the background. A wonderful first impression and welcoming jester to make our stay in Tahoe even more memorable.

Well located, well furnished and a really nice house. The only real issue is that because it's split over 3 levels and the thermostat is on the middle floor, the downstairs never really gets warm and the top floor is roasting. Would give it 4 1/2 stars if I could. Really good other than that.
