Positive: This hotel has been our go to hotel for every trip. It's in a great location, we love the restaurant, and the rooms are usually great and clean. Negative: The room was not clean, there was dirt/sand in the tub, dead roaches/bugs in the bathroom, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the overall room smelled musty. We tried to contact the front desk, but they never answered. We couldn't even get more towels.

Greedy and Not Comprehensive Hotel. First of all, we booked our trip for a birthday celebration in the area a day before hitting the road and unfortunately our trip had to be cancelled due to positive Covid-19 in the family in the morning of our trip. Since it was in the same day of travelling I asked Priceline to review with the hotel to waive the cancellation fee for such non-pleasant reason. After multiple attempts to communication, the hotel did not cancel or provide any sign of putting itself on the customer-guest situation. So we ended up being charged for one night besides staying in bed sick for a week as an outcome.

The room had a snowy TV. They did fix it during the day. There's one resident cockroach that was there both nights. One of the lamp switch was sticky. I was on the second floor when it rained it was really loud on the roof you can hear every drop like your under a tarp definitely a new experience. Both my card keys and my co worker room card keys wouldn't open the room door. We had to go get new ones. The room over all was, clean fresh and kept. The bedding clean, beds comfy. Room phone jack ripped out of wall. No room phone. But these days we use our Mobil for everything any way. Bathroom very well kept. The halls though smelled very dank/musty. The place is ok though, as I have stayed in much worse for more $. And it's close to our job site. If not for the TV n 1 cockroach I would have given 4 stars instead of 2 stars.

Nice with newly renovated rooms. There was nowhere in the room to.hang any clothes nor was there a suitcase caddy. Breakfast was bare bones too. Pool was nice and the attached restaurant Flanigan's was very good as usual. Parking can be challenging during restaurant hours. Good value.
