I got a charge for an additional night for $72.00 three days after I checked out. I called the hotel and they just kept putting me on hold and transferring my call to different departments. Still haven't gotten any answers or money back.
I had no such problem. Call QI.
Perhaps you should call the hotel. This forum is public. Usually used by users who have specific questions about hotel amenities.
