The entire process was a breeze. The store manager Allison was amazing very helpful and informative. I was able to move in very quickly. If you need storage this is the place to go. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. The site is clean and storage areas are kept very nice also.

In this day and age, it's hard to find a compromise between convenience and actual customer service. Alison with ExtraSpace does just that. It was super easy and seamless to rent my unit online for that very day and move my stuff in that night after hours but also getting a personalized call from Alison making sure I was good to go was an unexpected bonus. I had an error with my online payment and being able to call Alison instead of a call center or dealing with robot voice prompts on an 800 number just made the day easier. I appreciate the location, the security, and the personalized touch with this Extra Space location and Alison's help. Highly recommend for convenience in all ways.
