We arrived before they opened with a group of more than 40 people, a softball team and parents. The store manager insisted that we all sit outside in their patio so we would leave room for other guests who might show up. He also insisted that we cram into 3 tables that only seat 10 people each. We ended up using 5 tables with no open seats and still very cramped. The manager then insisted that they would only allow 1 check per table but we bargained to allow 2 checks per table. This was not ideal for us as customers. The food was good but on the expensive side. The manager deserves a rating of 1. The servers a 5 as they took good care of us. The food was a 5 for taste and a 3 for value. We complained because one of our pizzas didn't show up at our table, so the manager came out and asked us where it went and even checked all 5 of our tables because he thought we were lying to him about the missing pizza. Next time we are in town we will avoid this place.

Their staff is so polite and happy to help. I ordered a custom pizza there and it came out just as I wanted with all the toppings, delicious! This place has absolutely one of the best views of lake Tahoe of any restaurant!
