They rarely answer the phone. Was supposed to have an appointment that THEY SENT ME in the mail, and I have called several times in advance of appointment to let worker know my number isn’t the one that they have and nothing. No callback. I guess they just love turning off poor people’s benefits 🤷🏼♀️

My sons benefits have been discontinued and I don’t know why. It is the only income I have and I’ve been calling everyday and staying on hold for hours. I can’t make an appointment because no one answers. I can’t pay rent with out it. I’m so frustrated because now imma end up on the street with my Blind child because they won’t answer the phone.

They should open we paid our entire lives...they should take mail there, or hand delivery, period.
