Deserves zero stars, does not reflect on the entire experience or staff, however Heldga specifically showed no compassion towards me during this challenging time. To be in a superiior role she should have shown more professionalism and intergrity. I am furious with the level of respect i received. Education and training should definitely be provided

Zero communication. Staff would often mix up their notes and write things about a different patient under someone else's chart. Almost everyone who works there is just so rude for no reason. A girl flat out said she wanted to kill herself and when she walked away the staff just sat there and laughed at her. It was so disgusting to watch and I ended up being the one that followed her to make sure she would be okay. The only thing that was relatively good about my stay here was the food. That's it.
