The noise above my apartment coming from occupants of the apartment at first floor is just unbearable at night. One can't get a good quality sleep unless there is something done to sound proof. Feeling like moving already because it's like nothing can be done. Friendly staff though.

I’ve lived at Amelia Village for 3 years now. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and laid back. The neighbors are very respectful and considerate of eachother. The facilities are always clean and in good condition and always improving. The staff is very quick with help and responses. Reem & Steffanie are very sweet and always are very quick to help with anything and will do so with a smile on their faces. The maintenance here is super fast and friendly. We had a maintenance issue on a holiday one year and the maintenance team were more than willing to show up within the hour.

They do credit checks told them I had bad credit so I wouldn't waste my time or there's, they said it didn't matter I would just have to pay for the full amount for deposit. Told her no problem, Also they say the processing fees and stuff is refundable ,well payed my fees and stuff and got denied was told because of my credit, never received my money back .I believe she said that just to get my money . Unless you have good credit don't waste your time they will tell you want you want to hear just to get your money and tell you it's refundable it's not nothing but lies 💯
