This is a very nice place with a great location and atmosphere. I am not sure what Google's cutoff is for two dollar signs but this is more of a three dollar sign place. You should bring in your own bottle of wine, or other drinks, since everyone else does it and you'll feel out of place if you don't! I also wouldn't bring kids but if you do, save some money and split one of the 12 inch pizzas.

This Italian restaurant is both local and small, and truly is a PB hidden gem. Bring your own wine and indulge on fresh, delicious seafood and Italian. If you are looking for a quick dinner, this isn’t the place for you. Come with friends/family and enjoy yourself!

Amazing small restaurant, people who leave anything but a 5star review are just rude. The gnocchi was amazing as was the pappardelle fungi. Very flavorful food and the staff are extremely friendly. It is byob but not a problem at all.

We’re visiting San Diego for the weekend and had mostly gone to flashy, Oceanside restaurants. On the last night of our trip, we decided to try dinner here, a sweet little, bring-your-own-wine, Italian restaurant. It’s so cute that as our Uber driver pulled up, he awed at the building, location, and aesthetic. Once inside, you’re greeted by a kind woman who one could assume owns the restaurant with her husband, and a simple but nostalgic interior. The food didn’t disappoint and comes out fresh. The service can be a bit slow but it’s only because the owners are making friends with every customer who comes in, they really make you feel at home. This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had and truly hope to come back soon.
