Friendly staff and a good selection of pet foods, toys, accessories, etc. There are not a lot of animals for sale. They do have a few birds, ferrets, hamsters and guinea pigs. The freshwater fish selection is fairly good and the tanks always look well maintained. No saltwater fish.

Incredibly over priced and the reward system is ridiculous every 100$ gets you 1 point and every 100 points earns you 5$ in rewards ill be going elsewhere from now on

I don't work there. But if they didnt have them. They tell you where to get them. They will lead you in the right direction. Really helpful seemingly very well trained people working there
Your dog could just have left over residue from the shampoo you or someone else uses. I find out that if you see flakes right after washing them wash them again but use extra time and make the coat is completely rid of soap because it's not dry skin it's just soap...so in law my vet pet groomer wash them again and wallla... no more scratching. Or if that does not work they have flies, or allergies to the table food that is given to them. Wiping them off with baby wipes can aid in reducing allergens also.
Masks are required.
Due to Covid-19 they have not brought in any kittens/cats from the rescue center to show them off, but you can call and see what rescue they use and easily go to the rescue center!
Yes they have the small houses not big and sponges for hermit crabs last time I checked idk if they have many things stocked now I only went in for bunnie and frog supplies. Hoped this helped you. I get most my live food live plants thier.
Last time I looked they were $200
Yes when in stock, call first
They have VIP Vet care that comes in select Sundays and do walk ins for chips, vaccines, and such. Anything requiring immediate attention should be taken to a regular clinic.
Yes, sometimes
I've never had a problem getting a refund here if there's an issue. I'm sure they can work something out.
