Board consists of wanna be power trippers with no common sense whatsoever. Don't listen to evidence because they don't have too. 930 apt, yeah right almost 11 before I wasted my time. Forms say evidence must be entered 3 days prior to hearing but then they are accepting day of evidence, would of been nice to know. We should file a class action against these losers

As an Adult this was easily one of the best jobs I've had the pleasure of working at. The employees treat everyone there with respect and compassion, like family. They make the work load bearable even though it's plentiful at times during peak season. It's a great place to work. I enjoyed the opportunity and experience.

My first time visit, very helpful gentleman directed me to where I want to do my paperwork. Thanks for a good service.

Very dodgy to say the least. This year they didnt send out my initial hearing notice in mail and also updated notice after i rescheduled my hearing, I made them aware of the missing notices by still didnt receive anything from them event. Also my hearing was rescheduled for an earlier than requested date, probably in hopes that i will miss the hearing. Last year due to COVID i took part in hearing via phone, whilie signing up before hearing i asked them "what if my phone gets disconnected or i miss hearing call, do you guys have plan B for such situations?" answer to this question was "NO". Feels like this govt dept purposefully operates in a specfic way to squeez out every single peeny out of tax payers. When will this loot end. Pathetic!

Sorry, I'm just a homeowner. Call them and ask.
Submit an open records request. The appraisal district doesn't issue permits, the city does.
You can back file over 65 for two years if indeed you dont have the exemption. You will get a reimbursement for the two years. Goto the front counter to fill out the form. This year going forward and future years your taxes will be based on your value two years ago.
