Above and beyond. Went in after a tire went bad and swapped it out for a spare. I threw the bad tire, jack and other things that belonged in the kit that came in the car straight into the back and didn’t care where it landed. When I got my car back everything was put back in place neatly and got superior service with updates sent to my phone as to how the process was going. Not a place you want to go too often, for obvious reasons, but will definitely be happy to come here when the time comes.

Manager Barry Geer is the worst! I've had to deal with him at multiple Plano locations. His wait times are always 2-4 hours, he will trick you into putting road hazard insurance on your bill without telling you, and is always too busy to stop and listen to you fully. Stay away from this McKinney location since this is his new spot.
