Don't bother calling. The phone rang for a while minute and nobody answered. I love our mail carrier. He is an amazing guy and very friendly but this location, as other reviews has correctly stated, is trash.

I have to find out the female employees name who helped me locate a missing package I need to pick up. She went out of her way to do an excellent job and I really appreciate her!!

I have not recieved my mail from common places such as the MN Department of Motor Vehicle for my new Driver's License, Credit card replacements, and my Permits from the Ramsey county sheriff's office and my Passport from the U.S. State, I have filed a case on the usps website and still nothing has been solved. And I still have not received anything in the mail which this has been and ongoing issue for months now. These usps workers at this location are so trash and dumb straight clueless that my 2 year old can do a better job and offer basic customer service satisfaction. A bunch of sleazy snot dirtbags who has no passion in their job. So it turns out, they've been writing "Return" on all my mail to just screw me over.

Like most USPS offices, they are lazy. Any way to get out of delivering a package they will. Claimed there was no address to where the package was going when an address is required to send it in the first place. returned to sender after i put a trace on it. instead of calling me they just resent it back to me.
