Beautiful boats, clean bathrooms, fun employees. Been on many of their boats..each one is fun.

A small boat with 2 old crews. One spoke the history of canal and took 90 minutes to tell what he knew about the Eire canal. 20 above 65, passengers was a gloomy addition in the scenario.

Crew was great- so friendly and attentive. We had a gorgeous day with light wind.

Absolutely loved our experience with the crew of Spirit of Buffalo! They made the trip fun and interactive, allowing some of the guests to help hoist the sails. They were on top of checking on everyone and getting drinks for us. The sail was a perfect amount of time. Would definitely recommend this to anyone of any age. We’ll definitely be going for the sunset sail in the future!

Google their phone number and ask....sorry I was on a group trip and tickets were purchased by someone else
That's a matter of opinion. There are many options. I suggest using online reviews. There are two very nice Marriots that couldn't be closer, simply walk across the street, but at least one of them can be pricey. The Hyatt and a couple other hotels are along the metro rail, so not as close but no need to drive. There are many other downtown hotels nearby but would requiring more walking or a short drive.
Yes, children are welcome on all cruises except for Tuesday Craft Brew Cruise and Wednesday Wine in the Wind.

Yeah
I don't believe so.
You sit on built in benches along the sides and interior of the ship. Definitely not handicapped accessible, in my opinion. It's a true sailboat.
