We were genuinely welcomed by the host, bartender, and our waitress all within the first 7min that we were there. The food was delicious and plentiful ...we all brought home leftovers. The service was on point. The Black Thorn has constantly great food and service....just beware of the extremely busy dinner hours.

Good separation and partitions. Food is also good. Roast beef is a little overcooked but the giant tater tots are good.

Unfortunately there is not. There are 5 steps to get to the main dining room area and rest rooms from the entry level bar area. There are some great plans in the works that may change this answer as of next spring, stay tuned.

Oh my husband and i were there a few weeks ago and they didnt say anything about a reservation just that there was a 20minute wait. Due to our lack of free time we chose to eat at the bar. Thank you for the response.
They do have an entrance that you can get a wheelchair in. Its on the side of the building. Left side i believe.. I just checked my photos i posted and the outdoor bar/seating side has a ground level entrance.
Yes, we can make out gift certificates for you at the restaurant in any amount you like.
Not required, but it is a good idea to call ahead for reservations as Fridays are one of our busiest nights. Calling us that week at 716-925-9327 and we will be happy to let you know availability.
Currently we have Blackbird Hard Cider on tap, but please note that the varieties do change from time to time. Also have White Claw in cans and Mikes Hard in bottles for those looking for something a little different...
