Everything was great from the booking, to telephone communication so I could change my order, to delivery & set-up, to having it taken away. They helped make my daughter's birthday party much more fun and I will definitely work with Dallas Party Rentals again! 5 stars ***** all around!

Horrible experience with this company. First off they were hours late, the machines were dirty, two of the machines didn’t work, and they did a half a$$ job setting up. The customer service with this company is badly lacking. The delivery driver was rude and complaining about his job the whole time. I told them where I wanted the placement and they botched that.
