If I could rate this place 0 stars I absolutely would. They stated they sent an email to me “multiple times” which I’ve never received. I asked them to resend it and Christian told me that would be too hard for him. I was hung up on by them twice, and told I was being “non compliant” when I told them I didn’t feel comfortable giving my bank account information and that’d I’d call back to set up an arrangement. They have no professionalism what’s so ever.

This place/number is a scam. I have no medical/credit debt and neither does my wife who they are constantly HARASSING. Especially considering we have never even opened any line of credit and have paid a bill late ONCE in the last 7 years. Get a life people and earn your own money instead of taking it from others who have a REAL job.

This place keeps calling my number asking for someone that does not live here. Each time they call they used a fake caller ID. Today the caller ID showed Bank of New York. The phone number was also a spoofed phone number with my area code. When googling the number it is listed with a bunch of different peoples names. They had better stop calling, it happens every couple of months.
