I took my last review down because they wanted to respond and my response would have been nasty. It wouldn't have gotten across the actual problems. Just so you know these people have owned the property since August of 2021. I won't write down past mistakes. They are painting the property when they should be sealing the windows. They should be fixing our broken decks instead of trying to stain and power wash them. The company wants to make the outside and inside more beautiful so they can sell it at a higher price when in fact the property needs more work. Maintaining the inside, fixing our decks, and broken sliders, fixing the broken nasty screens, fixing our windows... All these things should have been done before a new sign was built out front or painting started on the property.

My father had recently passed away and we needed to find an apartment for my mom. I was going crazy trying to find a place, because my mom had to get out of the condo she was living in (too many stairs). Anyway, I was fortunate enough to try Towpath village and meet Chitra. I can’t even put into words how helpful she has been to making sure my mom not only has the apartment she has, but also in answering any questions we have regarding the apartment. We were all going through a horrible time with my father passing, but Chitra made sure that getting my mom settled in a new apartment would not be another burden on us. There are still good people who care about others and fortunately for me and my family, we found them when we needed them most. My mom has not had much to be happy about recently, but when I hear her on the phone talking to her friends about how happy she is in her new apartment, that is all I could ask for. I have never given anything 5 stars, but I would give Towpath and more importantly Chitra 10 stars if I could. Thank You for everything 😊
