I went in to Home Depot for an extra key to my jeep on 8/19/22. I was told help would be right with &to wait by that department. After a good 20-25 minutes waiting for assistance, an employee let her know about no one being around. Rebekah introduced herself, tried reaching a coworker, but they were all busy. She took it upon herself to explain to me what was going on, apologetic for inconvenience and made me aware she had never used the machine. If I had time, she was going to try learning, walking through the directions on machine. She was helpful, so nice and willing to learn. Rebekah; you are a GREAT manager with good people skills.
