As a contractor, I have worked with Ray for more than 10 years - even before he arrived at Blue Ridge -I followed him from his previous employer because of his skill, knowledge, and expertise. From stock with quick delivery to semi- and fully custom cabinets Ray has been able to repeatedly provide a quality product tailored to a full range of needs over the years. There have been a few times that product has been delivered where I could tell it was damaged in transit - anyone who deals with large bulky product can understand this can occur. Ray has always worked quickly to resolve my concerns and replace or provide the product I needed, whether due to damage, or if I just want some additional pieces to help tie the project together with the rest of the home.
